Who we are

e.m. for you is a wedding and event planning business operated by Emmanouil Papantonakos, Agios Stefanos, Attica, Greece (VAT EL119619807, G.E.MI. 131029203000). We are responsible for the personal data you share with us through emforyou.gr. For any privacy question please write to info@emforyou.gr.

What we collect

When you fill in our contact form or book a call, we collect the names of both partners, your email address and phone number, your nationality and where you are based, plus the details you share about your wedding: date, number of guests, services, ceremony type, budget and your ideas. Some fields, such as religion, are only used to plan your ceremony and are entirely up to you to share. If you sign up for our newsletter, we keep your email address for that purpose only.

Why we use it

We use your information to reply to your inquiry, prepare for your discovery call, send you a proposal and plan your wedding if you choose to work with us. We send our newsletter only to people who have asked to receive it and you can unsubscribe at any time.

Who we share it with

We never sell your data. We share only what is needed with the suppliers who create your wedding, such as venues, caterers, florists and photographers, once you have chosen to work with us. We also use trusted services to run our business: Squarespace (website), Acuity Scheduling (call bookings), Google (email and calendar), Notion (client records), Brevo (newsletter), DocuSign (contracts) and video call providers. Some of these companies are based outside the European Union and protect your data through approved safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep it

If we do not end up working together, we delete your inquiry details within two years. For our clients, we keep contracts and invoices for as long as Greek tax law requires.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete your data, to limit how we use it or to receive a copy of it. You can also withdraw any consent you have given. Just write to info@emforyou.gr and we will reply within one month. If you feel we have not handled your data properly, you can contact the Hellenic Data Protection Authority at www.dpa.gr.
